BARBECUE SAUCES
FOR BONFIRE BANGERS
Mustard sauce
1 oz buffer
1 oz flour
1 pink milk
1 oz dry English mustard
Method:
Melt butter in pan, stir in flour and
mustard. Remove the heat and slowly
add milk. Stir vigorously until
smooth. Return to heat and bring to
boil, boil gently for five minutes
before serving.
